ABSTRACT
Inspired by the Peer Writing Tutor Alumni Research Project (PWTARP), the Research Team for the DePaul University Center for Writing-based Learning (UCWbL) is exploring the effects of peer tutoring practices on post-employment. This workshop will engage participants in reflecting on the ways that the tutor experience influences vocational, personal, and academic development.
