What is Rhythm?

The flow of stressed and unstressed of syllables. A musical quality produced by the repetition of stressed and unstressed syllables.

In Rhythm

Need to know how many stressed and unstressed syllables there are in a line of poetry.

How to identify rhythm?


1. The number of syllables in a line 2. The number of stressed or accented syllables 3. The number of individual units of both stressed and unstressed syllables.
