As the way a person feels about something. A predisposition to respond in a positive or negative way to someone or something in ones environment

What Is an Attitude?
A thought accepted as true An emotional readiness to behave in a particular way Leads one to think, feel or act positively or negatively toward a person, idea or event Deeply ingrained in our personalities as we learn and grow

The Relationship Among Values, Attitudes, and Behaviors

Components of attitudes
Cognitive or informational: beliefs and values ideas opinions and other information. For an example a person seeking a job may learn from some sources of job.

Affective or emotional component: it involves a persons feelings of positive, negative and neutral.
Behavioural component: tendency to behave in particular manner.
