OBJECTIVES
Explains the concepts and issues in ICT History of the development of ICT

According to Rogers (1991) communication technology is a hardware device, the organizational structure and social values experienced by individuals during the collection, processing and exchanging information with other individuals. This can be seen in communication technology services, such as : - SMS - GPRS - GSM - WAP
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
A term used to define procedure and equipment used for expanding and improving human quality.
An integrated technology and process to obtain process and disseminate information in the form of voice, images, text and figures, using electronic tools.
