Flexing steps
Copy VOL to BAS version Select entry levels for flexing Select the parameters for flexing Save values entered for flexing Apply adjustment Check reports to see impact of flexing Save forecast values Copy working version to final version

Flexing

Flexing can be done as a % as a value

Flexing

Changing entry level Allows user to select the - field to flex. - entry level of PH to flex.

Flexing
Changing selection Allows user to change the parameters

Helps user to select multiple markets under a category and flex selected markets at the same time Helps multiple users under the same category to work on different markets in that category at the same time

Flexing
Screen-1 User has clicked save and clicked transfer value
No values seen under forecast column Save will only save the Adj % & Adj. val Transfer values will keep the changes in buffer

Screen-2 User has clicked apply adjustments Values can be seen under forecast column.

Flexing
Get report: Allows user to see impact of flexing on P&L using different reports like:
- Quick report (ZIP_M51_Q001) - Value chain report (ZIP_M51_Q002) - Version comparison report (ZIP_M51_Q003) - Historical version comparison report (ZPA_M002_ZIP_Q011) - Monthly forecast with actuals (ZPA_M002_ZIP_Q008) - Quarterly forecast with actuals (ZPA_M002_ZIP_Q009)

Copy version: Allows the user to copy to the relevant version - can be to a final version - can be to another working version

PCE Calculated in ECC PC by SKU quarterly.

PCE = SU / 3P transfer price + Fixed supply costs allocated to SKU level

If current quarter TP is not available for allocation, last available TP is used for PCE computation.

Critical to ensure for all SKUs having demand volumes, PCE has been computed.
