A point of order is used when a member wishes to draw attention to a possible procedural error made by a member or the Chair. This point must be raised at the time of the incident.

At any time a member experiences personal discomfort which impairs his or her ability to participate in the proceedings, he may rise to a point of personal privilege. The Chair will attempt to relieve the cause for discomfort.

A point of information is used when a delegate has a question for the speaker or the chair.
