Summary
This aims to explain the UU_HandoffOK event in Actix w.r.t
ActiveSetUpdates and Soft Handover (SHO).. In 3G the UE can be in Soft Handover (SHO) state with maximum 3 SC coming from 3 different cells this state is called Soft Handover (SHO). SHO is achieved by adding, removing or replacing cells following the network defined criteria set in the RNC. These events are 1a (cell addition) ,1b (cell removal), and 1c (cell replacement). This handoff is event triggered, event 1a, 1b & 1c and these are reported immediately when they appear The handover-related event: Handoff OK is incremented when the following messages occur:
ActiveSetUpdate message (Uu_RRC_MsgType == ActiveSetUpdate) ActiveSetUpdateComplete message (Uu_RRC_MsgType == ActiveSetUpdateComplete)
Here we have 447 Handover events. 1*175 + 2*97 + 3*18 + 4*6 = 447
Here we still have 447 Handover events. 1*227 + 2*59 +3*17 + 4*2 + 5*1 + 6*1 + 9*1 + 23*1 = 447
