Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan longitudinal / follow up study. Dengan analisis data analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Lokasi : RS Sanglah dan RSKO Fatmawati Waktu penelitian : November 2003-Desember 2004 Responden penelitian : pasien baru PRM November 2003 di RSKO, Januari 2004 RS Sanglah

 Jumlah pasien : 80 orang untuk data kuantitatif, 14 orang untuk FGD Analisis kuantitatif : SPSS version 17, lisensi Badan Litbangkes Analisis kualitatif : diskusi kelompok

HASIL
Adanya tabel deskripsi subyek penelitian (tabel 1-4) Jumlah subyek yg diteliti sebanyak 80 orang Penulisan tabel dilakukan dengan tepat Tabel yang diberikan informatif
