Configuring of the Flexi MultiRadio BTS is different than legacy GSM BTS. Needed
output power/carrier effects to the needed amount of radiomodules at the Site. Already in offering phase of the customer project NINPO co-operation is highly recommended to selecting right configurations and amount of radiomodules to the right sites.
Commissioning requires to create local sectors and mapping these with sectors
created in BSC. With MultiRadio BTS sector ID at the BSC is associated with a local sectors at the site. This requires planning in implementation phase when objects are created at BSC.
Power consumption of the Flexi MultiRadio BTS needs to be carefully checked and
calculated for planned configuration and for upgrade path (WCDMA, LTE) All power saving features are not applicable for MultiRadio, however future releases can bring new features on this area.
In concurrent mode, site creation process of NetAct requires one object creation
under BSC and other/third, under RNC or/and GOMS.

Power and Frequency budget limitations on FXDA (900 MHz) & FXEA (1800 MHz)
Power Budget: Maximum total TX output power on one pipe is 60 W
which can be shared between the TRX objects allocated on that pipe: 1 TRX = 60 W per TRX 1..2 TRXs = 30 W per TRX . 1..6 TRXs = 10 W per TRX Frequency Budget: All carriers (TRXs) allocated on one pipe must be within 20 MHz window: Example: 3 TRXs per BTS (20 W per TRX):
TRX-1 @ ARFN 1 = 935.2 MHz TRX-2 @ ARFN 50 = 945.0 MHz TRX-3 @ AFRN 100 = 955.0 MHz All channels still within 20 MHz = OK!
