CSR has a bigger impact on Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) than in larger companies. The key: Core Business + Target Markets + Employees. Important: Approach employees and listen their ideas. Employee engagement can lead to creative solutions. They function as ambassadors outside of it.

Hundreds of children and their mother have already benefited from talks on nutrition, with tasting and donation of products. Anchovy fights anemia and other indicators of malnutrition.
