Childrens behaviour continued on the internet Sending threatening or insulting emails Publishing compromising fotos or videos Hacking eachothers mailaccounts To be taken seriously Consequences underestimated, victims feel marginalized en left alone Perpetrators not te be criminalized Mostly unaware of the consequences Low treshold: anonimous mails and lacking of confrontation with victims

When legal: no role for police and judicial authorities Parents, schools and other institutions should take preventive actions, like installing parental control software, blocking sites or monitoring traffic. When illegal: repressive action, notice and takedown, blocking access if possible and prosecution. Example: Wolkenwietje.

Conclusions
Parents and teachers are the key players Police en judicial authorities handle small quantities But. If there is a need for their actions they must be Swift Adequate Convincing Small, but important So, lets lend a hand!
