Cat B Activities A1 land can be used for welfare projs i.e. Edn /Trg institutes and colleges like APSC After due approval of COAS, AGs Br to apch GoP for Ex Post Facto sanction for regularization of CMH Lhr Med College & estb of QIMS by the Army as a welfare measure on no profit no loss basis while utilizing req A-1 land free of cost

Case will be regularized once for all Use of A-1 land will be regularized Future expenses on the Institutions through Budget Dte will be legitimatized Posting of staff ex Army Med Corps could alse be justified / regularized

The reg flow of part of Med College income to CMHs would substantially cover the cost of its resources being aloc for trg of med students Taken into Hosp CNE fund and uniformed clinical faculty will be paid as per TVF policy Clinical trg on admitted patients as being prac at mil hosps in Rwp

The clinical civ faculty prac will be ensured as per hosp SOPs and PM&DC rules on the subj without any charges
