The President is Karen Agustiawan. That is the biggest history for being the first woman to become president of pertamina.

Job Description
Plan, develop and implement strategies in the field of human resource management and development Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring important aspects of HR development controlling the activities of the General Directorate and Human Resources monitor, manage and report on issues and plans related to human resource development

Acts as liaison with other department managers in order to understand all the important aspects in the development of human resources Leads and directs the activities and reorganization of the company's transformation and development workers

Job Specification
Education : Minimum graduate management education in economics or related fields of human resources Work Experience : at least 3 years as a project manager in the oil and gas industry

Terms Recruitment To The Director of Human Resources


Requirements BPS (Bachelor of Professional Guidance): 1. Participants have a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. Participants have the english score from reliable institutions TOEFL: PBT (450) / IBT (45) / IELTS 5.5/TOEIC 500. 3. Participant has a copy Certificate of Competent Behavior, Active organize and willing to be placed throughout the area of operations of PT Pertamina (Persero). 4. Participants had a minimum of 3 years work experience served as a project manager in the oil and gas industry (oil and gas).

Selection Method Carried By PT Pertamina (Persero)


Following Psychotest and English test. When pass the Psychotest and English test, then participants will follow the Interview. After having passed the interview, then the participants must follow the medical tests. After having passed all the test and interview, the participant will receive a call to attend training conducted by the company PT Pertamina (Persero).

How to Training Carried Out By PT Pertamina (Persero)


1. Participant training, seminars, workshops in Pertamina Learning Centre and famous institutions inside / outside the country in the field of Managerial, Specialist, Technical, Leadership, and Culture Professional Certification. 2. Participants are also required to attend coaching (training) and mentoring (supervision).

3. People Review that a Performance Management System at Pertamina, will assess the results as a basis for training and employee development programs.

Job Analysis
In the process to become Director of Human Resources at Pertamina ranging from recruiting, selection and training until he finally accepted and can run a job of course there are shortcomings that need to be fixed, namely: 1. Recruitment information dissemination is still lacking 2. Dissemination of information brochures regarding enrollment in each region particularly remote areas are still lacking. 3. And then to find the best candidate there should be a test of leadership for the company to find what kind of leadership qualities to become a Director of Human Resources.

Proposed Recruitment Method


Dissemination of information on each university recruitment are lacking so that recruitment information should be published.

Brochures should be more evenly spread by distributing brochures and not just in big cities but to remote areas so evenly.

Regarding Proposed Selection Method:

Conduct a test of leadership management so that Pertamina can find HR Director candidates that fit the criteria of leadership expected.
