RESPONSIBILITIES
1. All employees and Service Providers shall:
a) Maintain their respective work areas as clean and as orderly at all times. b) Actively participate in the 5S activities in their area. c) Comply with 5S Policy and Implementation Guidelines.

2. 5S Committee / Secretariat shall:
a) Plan, organize, direct and control the overall operations of the 5S program. b) Approve policies and workplace standards to ensure the smooth implementation of the 5S Program. c) Monitor the implementation of the 5S Program. d) Evaluate the effectiveness of the 5S Program. e) Recommend solutions / actions for continuous improvement of the 5S Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
3. Property and Facilities Management Center (PFMC) shall:
a) Act as chair of the 5S secretariat. b) Organize 5S Secretariat meetings and prepare / consolidate issues, concerns, policies and schedules to be discussed during the meetings. c) Recommend / allocate budget for the required logistics, campaign posters / materials and rewards program to promote the 5S Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
4. Environment, Health and Safety Management (EHS Mgmt) Division shall:
a) Assist and act as resource persons in the conduct of 5S training. b) Conduct regular 5S audit. c) Recommend solutions to 5S non-conformance findings.

a) Handle corrective measures / actions relative to facility maintenance-related findings in the 5S audits. b) Take charge of the provision of workplace resources to arrange for an efficient work path or flow and systematically maintain the clean workplace based on approved workplace standards.
