Provide an efficient governmental service of civil registration for Mission Paraguayan citizens that permit them access to their civil rights, democratic governance and social services.
Establish an interconnected system procedure between Governmental Institutions, ONGs, and Citizens to facilitate and protect their rights. Provide technological infrastructure and tools for efficient service coverage in all the territory of the country. Promote a Legal reform to facilitate and ensure a sustainability public service.
