Sheet Basics
A QlikView document uses at least one sheet on which sheet objects are displayed. Even if a number of sheet objects have been placed on several different sheets, all sheet objects are still fully connected by the QlikView logic.
Sheet Objects
List Boxes Statistics Boxes Multi Boxes Table Boxes Charts Input Boxes Current Selections Boxes Buttons Text Objects Line/Arrow Objects Slider/Calendar Objects Bookmark Objects Custom Objects System Tables
List Box This is the most basic QlikView object, which presents the unique values from a single field and the frequency with which each value occurs. Multi Box allows several fields to be represented as drop-down list boxes. Table Box shows a spreadsheet-like view of several related fields, optionally from different tables. Statistics Box automatically calculates basic statistics for a specific field, including min, max, count, sum, standard deviation, and standard error.
such as bar charts, line charts, scatter charts, and pie charts. Pivot Table displays a cross-tabulation of multiple variables or expressions. Input Box allows values to be input for use in a what-if analysis. Control Buttons can be used to control an application, including running of macros. Formatting Objects there are a number of formatrelated objects available including text labels, lines and arrows, and multiple tabbed sheets. Sheet layout such as fonts, backgrounds, and borders can also be customized.
