The brand "Mufti" stands for cutting edge fashion in casual wear, with a focus on shirts , jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters and jackets. It is currently available across India in 185 Exclusive stores and 950 multi brand stores, with 41 outlets in Shoppers stop, 69 outlets in Westside, 20 in Globus, 13 in Maya & 8 in Central. The brand was launched in1998 by Credo Brands Marketing Pvt. Ltd., under Mr. Kamal Khushlanis guidance and leadership.

Support System
GINESYS looks at each of its customer relationships as a long-term partnership. Theirvtechnical support team offers friendly, high-quality, responsive technical support to licensed users of their products. An annual maintenance contract is available for purchase to owners of licensed GINESYS products. GINESYS offer two kinds of support to its customers.
Product support: The product support services offers telephonic and web support through our skilled staff of technical analysts for problem resolution and bug reporting. Update Services: The update service provides the client with the right to product updates and maintenance releases and patches released during the subscription period
Implementation Stage
During the implementation they have to understand the traditional internal processes of MUFTI to implement the project successfully without any help from Mufti IT team. The lack of skilled IT professionals at the backend of MUFTI causes the major hindrance during implementation process. Another problem was the new data that was uploaded every day because the working of the company could not be stopped and coping with that data created the major hindrance. Also the reforms in the government policy and the changing trends in the market need to be updated from time to time.
