Infosys has more than 100,000 employees from 83 nationalities. The workplace recognizes the unique skills of professionals irrespective of gender, ethnicity or nationality. Ensure good work-life balance exists at all times they have recreational facilities inside the campus, with global standards.

FUN AND CULTURE


Supports arts, culture, or sports. "Art Gallery" on campus dedicated to displaying the works of Infoscions Daily quiz competitions, and regular music meetings that keep the place abuzz with creativity. Inculcom is the base organization that hosts cultural programs for Infoscions. Each event emphasizes a specific area like music, dance, or quiz.

Spot awards. Every Tuesday Formal dressing. Cubicle decoration. Employees can easily meet the top management persons. Team outing after completion of a project.

In 2005, Waterstone Human Capital conducted in-depth Interviews with senior managers at 107 Canadian companies. The Managers offered the following interesting views. 82% said corporate culture impacts financial performance 82% said corporate culture helped with recruiting 72% said their culture was not what they wanted it to be in the future 55% said the culture of their organization was "weak," while 36% said it was "strong" 62% said they don't monitor their organization's culture through surveys
