Assistance Act of 2001.

Incarcerated Veterans Transition
Program Objective
• Pilot Grantees provide direct services through a
case management approach while networking with
federal, state, and local resources and veteran
support programs to reintegrate previously
incarcerated veterans into the workforce.

• Assistance provided within 18 Months of


separation from incarceration.
