The Mavrommatis Gourmet Greek
Restaurant, the first of its kind in Cyprus
won the Time Out eating awards for
2008 as the ‘Best Hotel restaurant’ in
Cyprus.

The level of comfort and ambience in the

restaurant is delightfully sophisticated,
yet simultaneously calm and relaxing.
Merely walking into the space prepares
your taste buds for what will be a
culinary awakening. The style is a
successful mix of modern and traditional,
stainless steel elements fusing with old
Cypriot stone. Crockery, minimalist in
style, yet generous in proportions sits
comfortably on rich olive gold linen and
the carpet, which was custom made
specifically for our restaurant depicts a
myriad olive leaves engendering the
subliminally Greek flavour of the room.
The Vivaldi Italian restaurant is the latest fine
dining experience at the Four Seasons. It
provides a dining environment quite distinct
from Mavrommatis. The prolific use of wood
gives this restaurant a warm and relaxing
character. The large marble fireplace framed
by an amber glow, is the central focus point
of the room and this is further accentuated by
a trio of illuminated wine racks on one side
and an original artwork of abstract roses on
the other. The use of colour has been
paramount in creating the desired ambience
and this is abundantly apparent, from the
coloured show plates on the tables, to the
rich deep red curtains, the brightly colourful

Georges Chapel. The
Chapel is based on

seating for 8 people and
space for a further 25
seated in front on the
lawns. Wedding receptions
can be arranged on the
lawns of the chapel or the
Vista Terrace after the
ceremony and of course
wedding dinners can
follow in one of our many
private function areas.
