-Malaysia Airlines operates flights from its home base, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and its secondary hub in Kota Kinabalu.
-It has its headquarters on the grounds of Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah airport in Subang, Selangor. -Our respondents are all MAS staff which are engineer, technician, officer, mechanics and many more.
1. What are the consequences of lack of English proficiency among MAS staff? 2.What are the advantages and the disadvantages of speaking fluently in English? 3.Does the fluency in English affect the aviation people in the industry?
1)To determine the ability and fluency of speaking in English among MAS staff. 2)To examine the method to improve English fluency. 3)To determine the effectiveness of speaking in English among MAS staff during working and non working hour.
1) This study investigates the fluency in English among the aviation workers and the effectiveness of using fluent English during working. 2)The limit of this research was taken from the medium in maintenance like manual and interaction between engineers and technicians. 3)General English and aviation English was use in aviation during their daily working days.

Related to fluency, communicative competence also refers to nonverbal
interaction skills, and alters according to the setting. Narrative intervention is maintaining ones native language while building communicative competence in a second language (p. 50).
1. We use questionnaire as a medium in conducting our research. 2. We choose this method because are easy to approach respondents and easy to analyze. 3. We distribute 30 questionnaire unfortunately we got 26 back. 4. 1) English has become lingua franca or international language for mankind to communicate. 2) In aviation industry this has become more and more crucial as it needs precise information from great understandings to operate optimally.
3) Air traffic controller and pilot play the major role because the communication between them will affect thousands of human live abort.
4) Ground crews also need to master this skill as all the manuals and data performed in English for them to do their job efficiently. 5) The proficiency level of English among MAS staff increase due to the importance of mastering English nowadays.
