Welcome to RB Oil & Gas Division

RB O&G represented by three (3) 100% owned Bumiputra PETRONAS licensed Companies which commenced operations in 2008 and has grown to what it is today. The Division provides Asset Management by multi discipline Project Delivery Services, Turnaround management, Routine Maintenance, Fire & Gas Detection/extinguishing equipment and Scheduled waste management to PETRONAS Group and PSC Contractors. We provide safe work practices, expert personnel, technology innovations, methodology and system in project management, fabrication, shutdowns and maintenance. We have the capability and experience to successfully and safely deliver projects, on schedule, compliance to quality and within budget.

Dato Ahmad Fadzil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics & Public Policy from Leeds Metropolitan University. He has extensive experience in business management, capital market and treasury functions. Prior to starting his own business, Dato Ahmad Fadzil has served as Independent Director of Golden Pharos Berhad, Senior Vice President of Capital Market at Hwang DBS Securities Berhad, Vice President of Capital Market at TA Securities Berhad, Head of Treasury Department at Aseambankers (M) Berhad and Manager at the Treasury Department of the Pacific Bank Berhad.

He holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has 18 years of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and corporate services experience. He started his career as an Auditor with Ernst & Young, an international audit firm, for 4 years. In 1997, he joined Hong Leong Group as an Accountant. In 1998, he became an Assistant Group Accountant at Golden Pharos Berhad and was the Chief Financial Officer when he left the company in November 2004. He joined RB in December 2004.
