Institute Information:

System Admin:
Access is controlled at the module level. menu level and sub menu level. users are assigned to groups which posses rights to access the levels referred. Optionally individual rights can also be set override group permission.
No need to give the rights for all the users. Access can provided based on the module

Here you can give access permissions to the staffs of your institute with some restricted access.

Course:
Course/Subject modules helps to feed the details like course code, name and duration .
