Conducted the Strategic & Action Planning Workshop

The Central Cebu River Basins Management Council intends to manage the Central Cebu River Basin. Should be supported by the right action plan that reflects the needs and visions of the concerned sectors. The Integrated River Basin Management and Development Master Plan for the Central Cebu River Basins (IRBMDMP-CCRB) is adapted by the CCRBM Council. The Master Plan was already presented to the Regional Committee (NEDA) and Regional Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council. The conduct of the three (3) day Strategic and Action Planning Workshop is to identify activities and projects of each respective identified Technical Working Committees with corresponding fund sources and financing schemes. Also to update the members of the Technical Working Committees, the Council of Peers, on the activity of the various River Basin Organizations within the CCRBMC. This is also geared towards the preparation of the strategic and action plan for adaption by the CCRBMC Council of Peers.
