Brand Implementation &
Management
 Training the members on branding to ensure a positive
internal branding
 Increase the brand visibility of AIESEC IUB by ensuring that
our target audiences (members, supporters and enablers)
experience (or interacts with) the AIESEC brand in a right
way
 Getting AIESEC involved in seminars organized by IUB and
its clubs
 Promoting AIESEC with brand-aligned promotional
materials such as posters, banners, brochures, flyers etc
 Ensuring brand positioning of AIESEC in the right way

External Communications &
Public Relations
 Inviting our stakeholders (university authorities, TNs, EPs
and university students) in our seminars, events and
conferences and involving them to take sessions in such
events and conferences
 Keeping them up-to date with our activities by e-mails and
newsletters
 Using media and websites of the stakeholders to get into
the eyes of the externals
 Promoting AIESEC with attractive posters, banners,
brochures, flyers and other materials

Alumni Relations
 Creation of Alumni Database by tracking all former
AIESECers and keeping in touch with them
 Inviting alumni to take coach and mentor the existing
members by facilitating sessions and delivering their
AIESEC experience
 Recognizing their contribution in AIESEC and inducting the
alumni in the AIESEC in IUB HALL OF FAME. They will be
presented a memento in an Award Presenting Ceremony

Publications
 Ensuring brand visibility by publishing regular offline
newsletters
 Creating online newsletters and uploading them into the
web and sending them to all of our stakeholders
 Publishing an Annual Report for the year to maintain
transparency and communicate AIESEC activities to the
stakeholders
 Promoting AIESEC activities in the right way to the
stakeholders
 Publications of articles in other external materials such as
national newspapers, magazines, university newspapers,
websites, etc

Internal Communications &
Information Management
 Ensuring the web presence of AIESEC in IUB through the
websites of AIESEC IUB, IUB and AIESEC Bangladesh
 MyAIESEC.net management and education
 Effectively using virtual online communication platforms
and channels such as myAIESEC.net (Blogs, Files, Wikis,
Forums, etc), Facebook, Google, Twitter, You Tube, Linked
In, Flicr, etc.
 Making Visually attractive presentations to promote AIESEC
in IUB amongst AIESEC members and other stakeholders
 Maintaining effective communication and smooth flow of
information among the AIESEC members
