We were promoting budget homes and we wanted a design without a square inch being wasted. Thats when SPACE STUDIO CHENNAI stepped in. They designed a combination of 3 BHK (1074 sft) & 2 BHK (825 sft). We were really thrilled with the efficiency of the design, especially the 3 BHK , as it was very spacious for the size with 2 balconies , service area , two good sized bedroom, the 3rd bedroom (study) measuring a clear 10X8 (excluding wardrobes).Even minute detailing like shoe stand were incorporated in both 2 & 3 BHK.

It was 100% Vaastu complaint and the design was an instant hit. Thanks to Ms.Sashi Rekha, the design helped immensely in marketing, we even had to increase the number of units due to increasing demand. They have proved that area is a mere number and the design is soul of any project.
By gods grace, finally, we have found a team of enthusiastic young architects who are consummate professionals, patient, humble and are here to stay for a long time.
