is the central management facility for all PNP reform programs and projects.
PMO Vision
The Program Management Office shall be a dynamic and results-oriented central office, working with partner institutions, for the effective management of the Philippine National Police Transformation program.
PMO Mission
To promote the PNP transformation program through effective strategic planning, project management, and resource mobilization, resulting in a more capable, effective and credible police service, responsive to the community, most especially to the marginalized, vulnerable and disadvantaged sectors of society.
Functions
Conduct overall planning, implementation management, sequencing and interagency coordination and programming of all reform activities; Monitor and evaluate PNP transformation plan and medium-term public investment plan (MTPIP) and recommend appropriate actions thereto;
Functions
Maintain linkages with other national agencies and donor institutions/ communities to generate resources for PNP programs and projects; Program and monitor the utilization of grants/aids (local and foreign) intended for specific PNP development and transformation programs; and Perform other functions as directed.

This project aims to promote ACCESSIBLE, QUALITY AND RESPONSIVE HEALTH CARE to police personnel and their dependents.
A Memorandum of Agreement between PNP/DILG and Department of Health was signed last October 8, 2007 to establish PULIS HMO or PULIS Health Mo Okay giving access to our personnel to 70 tertiary government hospitals. Active PNP uniformed and non-uniformed personnel would no longer need to pay cash in select DOH-Retained hospitals as long as a valid ID and LOA from PNP Health Service are presented.
