Allows staff and outside contacts to communicate and collaborate online It's all FREE and hosted "in the cloud" by Google, so there's no hardware or software to download, install or maintain. Email ncludes anti-virus software and spam filtering. You can get up and running quickly, even if you don't have any technical experience, and if you don't have an internet domain yet, Google can help you register one when you sign up.
