Myntra.Com is an Indian online shopping retailer of fashion and casual lifestyle products, headquartered in Bangalore It began its operations in the B2B (business to business) segment with the personalization of gifts, which included t-shirts, mugs and caps to name a few In 2010, the company shifted its strategy to becoming a B2C (business to customer) oriented firm, expanding its catalogue to fashion and lifestyle products

So this organization has to be dynamic in nature due to high competition amongst various brands

Due to constant supply of demand there is constant production and sales of but if supply chain get disturbed than the cyclical characteristics of organization will stop.

The Kotak Mahindra bank was started in 1965 as Kotak Capital Management Finance. Industrialists Harish Mahindra and Anand Mahindra took a stake in 1986, and thats when the company changed its name to Kotak Mahindra Finance Limited.

Like as they have less number of branches, cash pickup services

Kotak mahindra bank has various products like CASA, insurance, mutual funds and various types of loans. So each have its own strategic types

In CASA and TD they are analyzers; they change interest rates according to other players like Yes bank and Indusind bank.
In Unsecured loan/business loans they have market share of 60%, its main focus is on maintaining its market share, so they are defenders in UL/BL.

In agriculture loans, Gold loans they entered the market very lately and hence they can be considered as reactors in this segments

Structural dimensions of a organization:Horizontal differentiation(high) :- more departments like credit , technical , sales , disbursement. Complexity :- moderate Formalization :- (high ) tight organization and KYC and other rules and regulations have to be followed
