Inventory Period Select Inventory Org

Select the Inventory Org from LOV whose period you want to Close

Inventory Period Open the Inventory Accounting Period form

Navigate to Open Accounting Period Form.

Select the Period you want to Close. To Close Period Select the Button Change Status In case you want to see if there are any pending transactions that might result in Period Close errors , press the Pending button. Pending Transaction view will display # of Pending transaction that should be process before System will close period. Resolution section in the Pending Transaction indicate that if resolution of the pending transaction is Required (mandatory) or recommended.If resolution is Required then system will not let you close the period till you resolve the Pending transactions.

Inventory Period Pending Transaction.

Press the Open button in the Pending transaction Form , and system will submit concurrent Period Close Pending Transaction Report request.
Review the report and resolve the Transaction print on Pending Transaction report.
