Why to implement reading strategies in the CELE classroom

CELE STUDENTS
FENIX : a foreign language is mandatory and it is

included in the program curriculum.


MINERVA: requires a foreign language but it is not

included in the curriculum and therefore it doesnt affect their final GPA.
BUAP approves a range of international tests where students can get this language certification; being the two most popular: TOEFL and ELASH.

CERTIFICATIONS
Statistics show that students fail to get the score

required.
The three areas (LISTENING, GRAMMAR,

READING) happen to be problematic at different rates.
