SECRET HOMOSEXUAL
The secret homosexual prefers to keep gay status hidden from family, friends, and employers.

BLATANT HOMOSEXUAL
The blatant homosexual is the most visible of all homosexuals because they make their homosexuality public knowledge, whether through dress, speech or mannerisms. Holmes & Holmes hypothesize that drag queens are usually part of this group.

ADJUSTED HOMOSEXUAL
The adjusted homosexual is quite content to be gay. The adjusted gay admits to being gay, but doesnt flaunt his homosexuality in the same fashion as blatant homosexuals.

INSTITUTIONAL HOMOSEXUAL
The institutional homosexual does not have a gay self-image. Hes involved in gay sex because hes in prison, the military, or lives in a seminary places where he does not have access to the other sex.

HOMOSEXUAL PROSTITUTE
The homosexual prostitute is between 15 and 17 and has turned to prostitution for economic reasons.

HOMOSEXUAL PEDOPHILE
The homosexual pedophile is attracted to children.

STAND OF THE CHURCH

Homosexual acts themselves,

STAND OF THE CHURCH
not the person with a homosexual orientation, are objectively and gravely immoral because there is no communion of body and spirit which facilitates openness to the procreation of new life.

Homosexuality undermines
the truth, fullness, and wholeness of sexual communion.

Leviticus 20:13
STAND OF THE CHURCH
"If a man practices homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman, both men have committed a detestable act. They must both be put to death, for they are guilty of a capital offense." (NLT)

Leviticus 18:22
"Do not practice homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman. It is a detestable sin." (NLT)

1 Corinthians 6:9-11
STAND OF THE CHURCH

Don't you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people-none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. (NLT)

Pope Francis said Monday that

he will not "judge" gays and lesbians, including gay priests, signalling a shift from his predecessor and offering another sign that the new pope is committed to changing the church's approach to historically marginalized groups.

STAND OF THE CHURCH

If someone is gay and he

searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge? Francis said in a wide-ranging news conference aboard the papal plane.
