MARTIAL ARTS AN OVERVIEW

BY

KERALA SHITO-RYU KARATE ASSOSIATION

THE WARRIOR CREED

WHEREVER I GO, EVERYONE IS A LITTLE BIT SAFER, BECAUSE I AM THERE. A TRUE MARTIAL ARTIST DOES NOT LOOK FOR FIGHTS, OR LOOK FOR WAYS TO BRAG OR SHOW OFF ONES MARTIAL ARTS SKILLS, I MAY BE NEEDED TO ASSIST IN STOPPING A FIGHT, HELP ASSIST IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY E.T.C.

WHEREVER I AM, ANYONE IN NEED HAS A FRIEND. WHEN I AM IN PUBLIC I LOOK TO SEE WHO I CAN ASSIST, RATHER THAN WHO I CAN FIGHT WHENEVER I RETURN HOME, EVERYONE IS GLAD I AM THERE. MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS ARE GLAD TO SEE ME, NOT FRIGHTENED OR NERVOUS OF MY PRESENCE
