Strenth of Building: Domical structure on two side of structure makes it unique in locality. That is why it is a landmark. Its separate service road attracts people to come to shop, but due to no other shops nearby, this may not be called shopping complex. Structure is on column. Space and light and order, those are the things that men need just as much as they need bread or a place to sleep. - Le Corbusier

Weakness of building: Architecture should speak of its time and place, but yearn for timelessness. -Frank Gehry I think, this structure doesnt speak about its time but speaks about place i.e.; Bhopal have such type history of Raja Bhoja construction, but not of arches and domes. Building is not in pouch area, crowded area or area having such attractive activities around like M.P. Nagar and New Market.
