Documents Harmonization
PCP and PP have been in use for preparation of project since 1990; Project concept was to prepare in PCP with 16 items in Bangla; Detail project was to prepare in the PP with 57 items in English; Double-layer processing and approval system;

1996-97 officially recognized that this double-layer system was time consuming and should go; Committee formed for unification and harmonization of documents; Committee formed for simplification of processing and approval system; Finally formed GOB-DP working group; Outcome is the DPP/ TPP/ RDPP/ RTPP/ PDPP/Proforma for Study/Survey proposal
