Instructional Design

What is instructional design?

A systematic approach to course development that ensures a specific learning goals are accomplished. An interactive process that requires ongoing evaluation and feedback.

Based on Gagne's Events of Instruction. The ASSURE model is helpful for designing courses using different kinds of media. This model assumes that instruction will not be delivered using lecture/text book only.
