MAJOR FINDINGS
The topic of my internship is customer satisfaction. So I had
done a survey of 50 customers to get a clear idea of customers view. I personally visited the customers which are holding four wheeled vehicle and got their feedback. I found that customers prefer Hyundai cars the most. Customers expect that their car should give the maximum mileage as it is used for business purpose and for private use. Hyundai cars have satisfied their customers with their quality, accessories and the after sales service provided to them. I found that customers rated Hyundai cars as good amongst the competitors.
CONCLUSION
The questionnaire gave me a practical knowledge
about what people think about the HYUNDAI CARS. Hyundai customers are satisfied with the car and also with the service which is provided by the company. The survey gave me the information that Hyundai cars are family car, mileage is also good and the after sale service are well handled by the company. It was a nice experience for me where I came to know the different needs and wants of different customers.
RECOMMENDATION
Hyundai should introduce some more models having
more engine power. More service centers should be opened. Genuine accessories and spare parts should be made available in every showrooms. They also introduce some good finance/discount schemes for businessmen. The price should be economic.
