Overall accountability Ensures alignment to business and environment needs Represents Retail Academy on relevant strategic committees Manages relationship with sector Responsible for high-level strategic partnerships Integration role: I.e. ensures that suppliers/ strategic partners directly supports organisational strategy the whole notion of value chain integration
Schools
Develop and manage relationships with business partners, relevant Govt. and Educational partners Manage relevant learnerships Co-ordinate delivery schedule/s Conduct service and quality checks Co-ordinate programme development
Marketing & PR
Internal function: Partner with the business to understand requirements and develop solutions External function: Develop and manage relationships with local and overseas external partners Promote Academy within the retail sector
Registrar
Provide centralised scheduling service Manage the Campus Heads Manage relationship with external programme providers Manage student affairs Manage all orientation and induction programmes
expatriate and brought from South Africa. The rest could be locally hired, those on resident visa. There will also be visiting faculty including a link up with Stirling University in Scotland. Other staff would include administrative team , receptionist/ & librarian. The average salary for these staff could be estimated as per local standards
encompassing retail design principles relating to movement, texture, colour and vision. with the goal of obtaining LEEDS Platinum certification.
