It is presumed that at least 50 % of staff will be

expatriate and brought from South Africa. The rest could be locally hired, those on resident visa. There will also be visiting faculty including a link up with Stirling University in Scotland. Other staff would include administrative team , receptionist/ & librarian. The average salary for these staff could be estimated as per local standards

The academy will be designed as a destination

encompassing retail design principles relating to movement, texture, colour and vision. with the goal of obtaining LEEDS Platinum certification.
