Risk
The Project has the support of reputed Promoter having sound financials. The Promoters have already inducted a major part of their contribution for purchasing of land, construction and payment of expenses towards license fees from their own equity. Hence funding risk is mitigated. All the approvals are in place and the construction has started. We expect the property to be operational by October 2015 .As of now, the property is on schedule. Henceforth the project time overrun risk is mitigated.
