To understand how the hierarchy in finance sector works To be able to differentiate between the various job positions and their requirements To understand the organizational requirement in terms of recruitment To understand the effectiveness of the Job Analysis Manual prepared
HYPOTHESIS
Null Hypothesis:
The Job Analysis Manual is effective in fulfilling the requirements of Talent Corner HR Services Ltd. Alternative Hypothesis: The Job Analysis Manual is not effective in fulfilling the requirements of Talent Corner HR Services Ltd.
SCOPE
To study how the old Job Analysis Manual was designed
To study and understand what factors influence the designing of the manual To study the determinants that should be considered while measuring the effectiveness of the manual in achieving the companys goal
To understand whether this Job Analysis Manual satisfies the needs of both the recruitment firm and Clients
LIMITATIONS
The Project was completed in duration of two months that restricted detail study
The responses of the clients cannot be asserted as the nature of my job was temporary There is no 100% authenticity in the answers given by the respondent The findings and the suggestion are based only on the information given by the respondent

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
To test whether the Job Analysis Manual is effective and useful to the recruiters I used the Purposive or Judgmental Sampling Method. A purposive sample, is one that is selected based on the knowledge of a population and the purpose of the study. Method: Selection of respondents is based on prior analysis and hypotheses of the different possible types of impact on different stakeholders. This survey was carried out by questionnaire method. This questionnaire was given to 30 employees of the recruitment firm.
Hence the Manual was accepted as a positive change towards fulfilling the Clients requirement and giving them professional satisfaction.
SUGGESTIONS
The new Manual should be checked and approved by a specialist in BFSI Sector The Company should make suitable changes periodically Along with the Manual Talent Corner should also ask their Client Companies to give their additional set of requirements Partial deviation from the Manual is possible in some cases where potential candidate may possess some extra set of skills The assessment requirements of the Manual should be taken into consideration for clarity purpose
