To study the customer satisfaction level
using different products of Trustline. To measure customer satisfaction after sales services. To identify the relation between firm and customers. To identify the scope for improvement.

Type of Research is descriptive .
SAMPLING TECHNIQUE
Random sampling technique is used in this report.
SAMPLE SIZE
Thirty respondents were chosen from all three types of product .Total sample size is 90.
SOURCE OF DATA
Both type i.e. Primary as well as Secondarydata are used in this report.

CONCLUSION
At last we can say that level of customer satisfaction is
almost same in all three types of products but Trustline Equity holders are a bit more satisfied in comparison with other product type. In case of advisory and research the Trustline mutual fund holders are bit more satisfied. In case of services from relationship manager the Trustline mutual fund holder are more satisfied than Trustline commodity and Trustline equity holders.

then Trustline equity holders are more satisfied with the returns in Trustline commodity holder and Trustline mutual fund holder.
