1) Majority of Tata Indicom users are from age group 23-28 yrs. 2) Majority of Tata Indicom users are student. 3) Majority of customers survesatisfied yed are using the Tata Indicom services for more than 12 months. 4) Friends & Relatives are the main source of awareness whereas Hoardings are the most effective mode of advertisement. 5) Majority of Tata Indicom users are using AIRTEL as their secondary network. 6) Majority of Tata Indicom Customers are using Pre-Paid plan 7) Majority of Tata Indicom users are with the Post-paid services offered by Tata Indicom. 8) Majority of Tata Indicom users are satisfied with the Pre-paid services offered by Tata Indicom.

Tata Docomo has good brand image. It was the first company to introduce the seconds pulse. It has a good future if it improves the signal levels. It has good promotion in the market.
