HSPA Dropped Events

Dropped Event 1
Call drop observed on KAT711B(SC-070),need neighbor addition required as observed KAT726(SC67) & KAT1036 (SC-133) in detected set . For better optimization we can add these neighbours.

Dropped Event 2
Call drop observed on KAT110C(SC-140) with low coverage footprints. Cell was overshooting approx 5Km,Also observed that KAT1007 was off-air during the time of drive test once the site up ,issue will be resolved. Suspected hilly terrain on KAT110 or required down tilt.

Dropped Event 3
Call drop observed on KAT811A(SC-314) observed good RF condition. Abnormal release call observed.

Dropped Event 4
Call drop observed on KAT709B(SC-384) observed good RF condition. Neighbor(KAT1105 SC287) addition required as observed KAT1105 SC287 was in detected set with good RF footprints.

Dropped Event 5
Call drop observed on KAT1082C(SC-091) observed with low coverage footprints. Neighbor(KAT715C SC179) addition required as observed KAT715C SC179 was in detected set. Need to check the orientation of KAT715C SC 179.Observed high BLER(greater than 10%).

Dropped Event 6
Call drop observed on KAT1078A(SC-415) observed with low coverage footprints. Need to down tilt on KAT1078A(SC-415), which was serving from approx 6Km .

Dropped Event 7
Call drop observed on KAT966A(SC-262) observed with low coverage footprints. Need to down tilt on KAT966A(SC-262), which was serving from approx 5.8Km .

Dropped Event 8
Call drop observed on KAT941B(SC-262) observed with low coverage footprints. Need to down tilt on KAT941B(SC-262), which was serving from approx 5.5Km .Neighbor addition required KAT1088 SC-354 for better optimization.

Call drop observed on KAT904C(SC-58) mainly due to overshooting issue,with low coverage footprints. Need to physical optimization on KAT904C(SC-58), which was serving from approx 4.5Km .

Call drop observed on KAT1080C(SC-159) with low coverage footprint mainly due to handover issue. KAT1080C(SC-159) was overshooting need to physical optimization on KAT1080C(SC159).Neighbor addition required KAT1080C(SC-159).

Call drop observed on KAT988C(SC-011) due to abnormal call release also & observed high BLER(greater than 10%) during the time of drop.

Call Setup Failure 1 & 2

Call Setup failure observed on KAT744C(SC-254) mainly due to low coverage(which is served from .700 Km) ,need to served KAT1074 which was off-air during the time of drive test once site radiating issue will be resolved.

Call Setup Failure 3

Call Setup failure observed on KAT872B(SC-26) mainly due RRC procedure has not established

the radio connection(RRC signaling has timed out. This is controlled by the T300 & N300 parameters).Need to check timer values.

Call Setup Failure 4

Call Setup failure observed on KAT933B(SC-404) with good RF foot prints. Abnormal cause observed.

Call Setup Failure 5,6 &7

Call Setup failure observed on KAT1057C(SC-461) with good RF foot prints. Abnormal cause observed.

Call Setup Failure 8 & 9

Call Setup failure observed on KAT1057A(SC-460) with good RF foot prints. Abnormal cause observed.

Call Setup failure observed on KAT701C(SC-290) mainly due to low coverage(which is served from 1.5Km) ,need to served KAT1057 SC-460.Physical optimization required on KAT701.
