Learning Standard : Able to talk about a stimulus with guidance. Language Focus : Nouns (fishing rod, fishing net, pliers, knife, gloves, bubu, bucket, spear) Behavioural Objectives : By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: i. match out of words with the correct pictures. ii. pronounce and spell out of tools that a fisherman uses. iii. state the uses of all a fishermans tools. Previous Knowledge : the pupils have learnt about different occupations. Instructional Materials : word cards, pictures, a board game, a poisonous box, worksheet, video clips. The teacher puts up all the pictures and writes the word with some missing alphabets. The teacher says the name of one tool, and a pupil needs to complete the spelling of the word. 2. The pupil selected for this activity is chosen by passing around a poisonous box. When the music stops, the person holding the box will need to spell the word and match it to the correct picture. 3.
