Sally, a trained primary school teacher was posted to a city to teach. With the number of available bank loan schemes Sally hopes to buy a small terrace house. Her monthly salary is RM2300 while her monthly saving is RM1000. Sally hopes to own the house after 20 years.

In

my opinion, I will recommend Sally to choose the house loan schemes which the house prices are in the range of hundred thousand with lower interests.

This

is because Sallys monthly budget is nine hundred and forty only. Then, she can afford to pay the house loan successfully and finally has own terrace house.

Budget generally refers to a list of all planned expenses. It is a plan for saving and spending.
