has been enacted for occupational safety,
health and welfare of workers at work places.

EMPLOYEMENT ANNUAL LEAVE

Before this act the workers working in the
factory were highly exploited because there
were no measures for safety, health and
welfare for the worker and after this act was
passed the workers got the advantage in all
the fields. That is, health, welfare and safety
and were free from employers exploitation.
