Rounds 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 are the same as round 16.
Rounds 19, 21, 23, 25 are the same as round 17.
Brim of Hat in knitting

Cast on 110 sts

Knit until you have 2 inches more or less.

Right side: Knit 2, purl 2, repeat.
Wrong side: Knit where you see the knit stitch, and purl where you see
the purl stitch. That's the stretch stitch for knitting. repeat

Joint the sides of the brim first.
Joint the right side of the hat with the right side of the brim using
embroidery needle and the same thread.
