• Organizational Energetics is more than a methodology
to build, transform and rebuilt organizations. It is a
complete study about Organizations as living beings, for
that It studies life, energy and cells from different points
of view, to construct a new holistic knowledge about
humans and the organizations they build.
• Three basements constitute the central core of the
Organizational Energetics: Human Physiology, Chinese
Energetics Knowledge and the Systems Theory.
• The Humanistic Strategic Planning, focused in
Motivation, Value Generation and Permanent
development is the key tool designed from the
Organizational Energetics and used to train, coach and
transform organizations.

• EO studies Energy, Cells and Life as the source of
all human development to build a holistic model
for human organizations able to dignify life and
promote its development and evolution.

• It studies the life´s evolution from the Cell


prospective, a new vision, where, we as
humans, have a key role in the future

among them, share resources, meaning them as
Energy. Organizations are build in the same way
