of the microenvironment don`t be important because is a
cantina in a dormitory for erasmus students

Erasmus students busy lifestyle, location convenience, convenience of
using the canteens services dont have to cook all the time, have different
preferences for food, look for low prices and food quality, open to
experiencing local food, importance of the canteens atmosphere and
outlook, prefer full working time of the canteen (open during the whole
day and during the weekend),prefer various meals, special needs: snack
offering small supermarket working in the canteen, English speaking staff





Slovak students location convenience, using the canteen saves time for
them, prefer local dishes, seek for lower prices (in comparison with
Erasmus students), want cosy atmosphere in the canteen, mainly use it
during the week (Monday-Friday) - for lunches


Slovak students, leaving in Bratislava near the canteen location convenience,
have friends from the dormitory and prefer to eat lunches with them. They are
not the main group of customers large profit cannot be generated from them
as they can easily eat at their homes. Can be attracted by special offers :
exceptionally low prices, nice atmosphere, etc. Use the canteen mainly for caf,
drinks, snacks, cakes.

Workers special needs: satisfactory amount of food, low prices, quick service,
possibility for take-away .Usage of canteen (Monday-Friday) for lunches and
for take-away in the evenings (17:30-18:30) Seek for delicious various cheap
food. Working time of canteen if important to them open from 12:00 to
14:00 pick hours. Use the canteen only for caf, drinks, snacks, cakes during
small breaks.
