A project is endeavor
that is undertaken to
produce the results that
are expected from the
requested party.

Organizing the arrangement of resources in a
systematic manner to fit the project plan
Staffing the selection of individual who have the
expertise to produce the work
Directing the guidance of the work required to
complete a project

measure, report and forecast in the project scope

The three prime objectives of project
management are:
1. To meet specified performance
2. To do it within specified costs
3. Complete on schedule
Project management, though not problem-free, is
the best way to accomplish certain goals
